BarChef
BarChef is a cocktail bar on Queen Street West founded by Frankie Solarik in 2008. Its drinks use modernist techniques such as aromatics, smoke and edible elements, and it also runs a tasting style menu. Reservations are taken online and some seats are kept for walk-ins, while groups over 12 book through the events team. It is open every evening and is 19 plus.
