Poor Romeo
Poor Romeo is a neighbourhood bar at 1029 Gerrard Street East at Jones Avenue, on the Leslieville and Riverdale side of the east end. It was opened by the team behind Pinkerton's Snack Bar across the street, and its name comes from a Thin Lizzy song. The bar serves whisky focused cocktails, a mix of local craft and old-school beers, and chef-driven bar food such as burgers. The room has a candlelit, vinyl and arcade inspired look, with live music on some nights. Reservations are taken online.
