Prequel & Co. Apothecary is a cocktail bar at 1036 Queen Street West from Frankie Solarik, the bartender behind BarChef. The room is designed after Paris apothecaries of the Art Nouveau era, around 1890 to 1910, and the cocktails are built on fresh and dried herbs, botanicals and spices muddled to order. Food is also served. Tables are booked through the website, and the bar hosts private and semi-private events.
