Entertainment District, 473 Adelaide St W
Uniun
Uniun was the first of three names for the big room at 473 Adelaide St W and a fixture of Toronto EDM in the 2010s, booking touring house and electronic acts before the room became Toybox and then DPRTMNT. It is long closed under this name but the address is very much open. If you remember Uniun and want the same scale of room downtown, DPRTMNT is literally the same building, and Coda at Bathurst and Bloor is where the electronic programming went. Our closing date is approximate until confirmed from a primary source.
Closed since Jan 2021.Closing date approximate. The room became Toybox and is now DPRTMNT.
